The New Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on 10th, March, 2021, Wednesday Alloted 1353 Flats, to people under a housing scheme through online draw a lots of official said.

"A total of 1353 flats where alloted through a draw of lots, One flat is Vasankunj Self finecial Scheme segments remain unalloted due to some legal issues with it", a senior official said.
A total Number of 22,752 application were received, for 253 HIG, 757 MIG, 52 LIG, 291 EWS or Janta Flats DDA said.
Allotment through the flats the draw was made to 1353 applications, based on their prefrance, choice for localities, Awaiting list of 338 Application list has been also drawn up.
these waitlisted Application would be flats in case of cancellation or surrender of flats by means allotees the official sald.
The 1352 flats alloted to verious categories application of - 930 (Genral), 225 (SC), 102 (ST), 13 (Ex-Servicman), 69 (Persons with disability) and 10 (War Widows).

Registration Money of all Unsuccessful applicants, through including waitlisted applicants will be refunded Within 15 days.
The surrended or Cancelled flats will be allotted to the whitelisted applicants through the same draws process, if they given their concent for allotments deposite regestration money again and when demand by DDA before the draw, the urban boday said in a statements.

The draw was conducted based on a randam number-genarator system and in the presance of judge and senior officiars of the DDA at its head Quaters Vikas Sadan.

Of the Over 1350 Flats, the costliest ones are worth on Rs 2.14 caror in the high income group (HIG) Category.
the maximum Number of 757 flats was offered in middle income group (MIG) Category.

In HIG, Low Income Group ( LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Categories the Number if flats On offer where 254, 52, and 291 respectively according to the information to the broucher of the scheme.
