New Delhi : All builders for good news, The Impasse over registry of thausands flats in noida continue as not many builders have come forwaids for part payments plan being through out by the Noida Authority.

As per a reports in My Industries RP Infrastructure Consulting Services Industries on 15th march meeting was held between the chief secertery Noida Authority and the builders which the latter had agreed to make part payment clear to registry impasse the Noida flats Authority.

 However, the idea has not conceptulised as not many builders have come forward for the perpose.

RP Infrastructure Consulting Services Industries reports further aided that official are yet to recover more than Rs 10,000 Caror on due to the form of builders.

 1060 flats are awaiting immidiate registry, out for 9,476 flats Amprapali group Projects where 584 flats belongs to 13 group housing Projects, RP Infrastructure Said.

As of 2018 figures arrounds 50,000 families are living in different appartments in Noida and Greater Noida Without any Legal documents for their flats.

 previously Authoritis has been said planned even singing of the "Sub lesse agreements" to ward of legal hassless.

Several buyers were facing problems due to lak of reconganition and running fro piller to posts to get their issue resolved.

 the builders Explained that the have dues to the pending to have local Authorites, which is why they are not getting the no Objection Certification and complains Crtificates. (Which are required to give buyers  the accupancy Certificates)
